Founder / Director
Mr. Vinay is Founder Director of Bigwig Ship Management; after working as an Advisor International sales with an US based MNC, Mr. Vinay founded Bigwig.
Mr. Vinay is working with IT industry, BFSI, Hospitals and Helathcare institution to provide them people, process and technology. His focus is on Leadership and Management to create road map for business also include staffing and Paramedical staffs.
Vinay is also associated with few top consulting companies who are into Hospital management (BOT) also arrange necessary certification like NABH, his primary focus is to find out a solution which can create a robust platform for client where option are open not restricted.
MISHTU MISHRA
Co-Founder / Director
Mishtu is Chief of Search and Select process, her major focus is to match professional’s .Over the year’s she has built a network through her personal and professional career which has always appreciated her to bridge a gap between position and person.
She has worked with both IT and Non IT companies.
Her strength lies in providing search solution to large business houses. Mishtu is very strongly grounded in modern search methodology which brings a highly intensive and qualitative approach to her assignments. She has successfully worked with clients in building their world class leadership teams across top managments.

Nilam is a Hr Professional and having more than 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition. She is having experience in doing IT, Non- IT & recruitment. Expertise in Domestic and MNC Recruitment with the areas Sourcing, Screening, Shortlisting, Negotiation, Interview scheduling and aligning, selection, documentation and on boarding.

VIRAL PATEL
Analytical and goal-driven Recruitment Specialist with 2 years of experience sourcing top-grade candidates. Hands-on involvement in outlining job requirements, evaluating candidates.
SHAHBAZ MULLA
Office operations and handling document management operations. Also involve in Payroll management for outsourcing services.
SANJUKTA RANI
M.Sc in Zoology and PGDM in HR. Have worked with Genpact and also as a freelance Content Writer. Currently associated with Bigwig Ship Management as a Recruitment Consultant. Working effectively towards evaluating resumes, communicating accordingly with candidates regarding the open positions in different organisations and client's requirements.

MBA in HR, have worked in Pioneer international as an intern for 3 months, currently managing big corporates and handling niche profile, part of talent acquisition.

Nisha Jaiswal
Nisha Jaiswal pursued an M.Com in Human Resource Management from the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
I started Career with Naksha in Marketing and Human Resources Management, and worked as a Supervisor, also served to Devashish Polymer Company and Currently part of talent acquisition team.
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process for various top companies, have worked on human resources function for sales, R&D, plants, and corporate across India, supporting a large multinational organizations with a strong focus on the requirements.
